Debra is the CEO of the girls self-esteem clothing company BYOU (Be Your Own You). Partnered with teen rock star, role model and girls advocate Cymphonique, BYOU endeavors to build the self-esteem of girls, teens, and young women worldwide, encouraging them to embrace their unique and authentic selves. The website includes shopping, a social network exclusively for girls, coaching programs for both girls and their parents, and games!

Heartlight Girls

HEARTLIGHT GIRLS™ is about developing young girls (ages 7-14) from the “inside out”, empowering them and building a strong foundation within themselves prior to reaching the turbulent teenage years. HEARTLIGHT GIRLS™ not only helps raise the self-esteem of girls, but brings to their awareness the beauty of the essence that is at the core of each of us. Debra has begun a HEARTLIGHT GIRLS™ book series with an award winning book called Beauty’s Secret which is available HERE.

Young Authors League

Debra is the director of the Young Authors League (YAL), a program designed to encourage children to become involved writing, art and making a difference. In Spring of 2010, the YAL published a collection of short stories and artwork created entirely by students titles Making the World a Better Place: Student Stories about Making a Difference

Speaking

Debra is a multifaceted speaker with the ability to reach the hearts of many with her life stories, journeys and expansive knowledge on women’s self esteem. Debra’s platform is to help counteract the negative role models, unhealthy media messages, and the critical and judgmental nature of today’s society, in an attempt to reduce the high cases of eating disorders, bullying, depression, substance abuse and even suicide amongst our youth.

Coaching

Whether you call it mentoring, training or coaching, having some kind of one-on-one coaching program will help you accelerate your success. Coaching is what sets individuals apart from the masses. Debra has trained and mentored in the Success Principles to be able to help you achieve the success you desire. Debra will provide you the personal support, objectivity and constructive feedback that you need to achieve success.
